The F R Method by Format Racing

I was sent a copy of this method by the owner of Format Racing, Martin Hill when he launched the system back in June of 2007.

First of all I have to say I found the e-book was well written and easy to understand, in the past I have seen quite a few systems that probably do work in reality but are written in such a way to confuse the reader in an effort to cover up what is usually a very basic system.

After reading the e-book through to the end, the first thing I realised was that Martins claims that it would be hard to actually lose using the F R method were pretty accurate looking at his comprehensive workings and the fact that he had designed a safety limit to make sure all bets were within the 'winning zone' gave me increased confidence.

The first thing I did was to check back on the previous days results where I found that a profit of £585 would have been made using the £100 stakes Martin says he uses, which was a very good start indeed, then continued to paper trade the two meetings on the Sunday afternoon which would have made a further £300. Over £850 in just two days was very impressive but better was to come as on the Monday I would have ended the day over £1,000 up to increase the would be profits to over £1,850 in just three days!

Tuesday brought me slightly back to earth with a loss on the day of about 3 3/4 points but Wednesday and Thursday got the profits right back up with winnings of £470 and £700 respectively and then Friday was a day of first winning then losing and at the end did just a little better than break even.

So a total of around 28 points was made in just seven days, a profit of around £2,800 in one week of betting using £100 stakes. Even betting to £25 stakes this would amount to a profit of £700.

The method is very easy to use if unfortunately a little dull, but as Martin says on his web site, you don't have to be glued to the computer all afternoon, just be ready to bet when necessary and by looking at the results he achieved, (in the e-book Martin takes you through a week of betting following every bet he placed and ended up with a very healthy £2,100 profit using £100 stakes), and those that I would have achieved in just one week of paper trading, I would take a slightly dull method any day. Another of Martin's claims that this will be the last betting system you will ever buy, kept coming back to me as the week went on.

Following this method requires no technical 'in running' or 'arbing' betting, you just work out the bets for each race in about 30 seconds, place the bet and that's it. Martin says that he averages £1,000 profit per week but in the e-book he made over £2,000 proofing his bets and I would have made nearly £3,000 so it seems he may be erring on the side of caution with his claims.

The days of betting I paper traded above were from Saturday 21st - Friday 27th July 2007 and can be fully checked by all users of the F R Method. The F R Method is incidentally very easy to check back on past results unlike other betting systems I have seen.

Checking the following week to my original review gave a further profit of over £1,300 to £100 stakes.
