How can I find winners using Inform Racing?
There are a number of ways to best use the ratings. Firstly the top 3 in all columns are highlight in purple and bold type so you can see these very easily. The top 3 in the Master column has a strike rate of better than 50% so this would be a good place to start, with winners up to 80/1 found in the past.
Subscribers are also given a library of systems to use with the ratings and these will give you a great way to find your feet and to see what already is proven to have worked.
After this you can read all of the Inform Racing posts on our Blog that highlight other winning ways that have been suggested by current members as well as by myself.
If take a look at our Testimonials pages you can see how positive other members are about the ratings and how many of them say they are finally making a profit for the first time and wish they had found the site years ago.
Do you provide any pace figures?
Yes, we have what we call Run Style figures for every run and this is a number from 1 to 4 that tells the story of how a horse ran in its races. We take the in running commentary and turn this into a figure.
1 = Led, prominent
2 = Tracked, chased leaders
3 = Midfield
4 = Held up, started slowly
Looking at the figures for each runner which are shown on the race cards you can see which horses are likely to provide the pace.
If a race has a lot of front runners (1) it would be wise to look for a horse that likes to come off a fast pace. Likewise a race with lots of hold up horses (4), should offer a lone front runner (1) the chance to take the race from the front and quicken up without any challenges.
Do you provide ratings for both Flat and Jump racing?
Yes, but only for UK racing so there are no race cards for Irish or other foreign meetings.
Do the ratings take weight carried into account?
No. The ratings are raw ratings that just take into account the time the horse ran a race in.
