Summary of overall results and stats
Results panel explained 1
We have recently added some extra calcs to the Staking Plan results.
1. The Maximum Drawdown shows the largest amount lost at any one time when using any particular system. This figure will change depending on what staking plan, starting bank and stakes you are using but will give you an idea of the biggest drop in stakes over the whole of the period and you can compare this with the final balance.
2. You can also see that the date and race time of the Lowest and Highest Balance amounts are shown also so you can see how far back these occurred for your systems.

Selecting your rules from the categories
First Box - 'The Categories'
This selects the main criteria of form to use for your system rules. It is always best to start with a date or date range.
You can see a list and an explanation of all categories in detail by clicking here.
Second Box - 'The Operator'
Once you have selected a category, you will see a second blank box called the 'operator'. Here you choose how you want to have the values from the third box to be set and these are:
Equal:
Equal to and only including this particular choice.
e.g equal to 5f races, will only show data for 5 furlong races and nothing else.
e.g 2 this is probably the best one to use if you need to type a word or name such as a Trainer or a Jockey, a Horse or a Sire/Dam etc. You will need to ensure you have the correct spelling. We will have a list of Trainers and Jockeys added to the site in the future so that you can get the correct name but this will not be on the drop down as there are just too many.
Not Equal:
Excluding this particular choice
e.g. you want to see results from all distances apart from 5 furlong races, so you would use Race Distance > Not Equal > 5f
In:
Here you can choose more than one value where a word is required, such as Jockey name or Horse name as long as they are separated by a comma.
e.g you want results to only include the results for three jockeys rides, so type in; Henry Oliver, Pat Smullen, Daryl Jacob
Not In:
Same set up as above but if you want to exclude more than one text field from your results.
Less:
Only those below a certain number or choice.
e.g if you want to see horses that last ran no more than 14 days, then you for Days Since Run, you could choose Less > 15
Less or Equal:
Similar use to Less.
e.g if you want to see horses that last ran no more than 14 days, then you for Days Since Run, you could choose Less or Equal > 14
Greater:
Only those bigger than a certain number or choice.
e.g if you want to see horses that last ran more than 14 days ago, then you for Days Since Run, you could choose Greater > 14
Greater or Equal: Similar use to Greater.
e.g if you want to see horses that last ran more than 14 days ago, then you for Days Since Run, you could choose Greater or Equal > 15
Between:
This is for when you want a range of results, such as a date range, price range and others.
e.g if you want to see only those with a BSP of between 6 and 20, then choose Between and you then get two boxes to input 6 and 20. This will be inclusive of your choice so it will include BSP’s of 6 and 20 as well as all those in between.
Is Null:
This means something that has nothing and will need to be added in a Group.
e.g If you have a system for both flat and jumps but want the flat horses to have been drawn in stall 10 or less, you add a group with two rules for the draw. One says the stall must be 10 or less, the other says Draw = Null, So either stall 10 or less or no draw at all.
Is Not Null:
Just means there is a result, or data.
e.g. if you want to look at Maiden races and are referencing the ratings, this will allow you to ignore horses that have not run before and therefor do not have a rating.

e.g 2, you can use this for the Race Title Category and search for race titles that Contain ‘Maiden’, or ‘Claimer’, or ‘Apprentice’ to use a full for these or other specific race types. You can also use it for words such s ‘Grand National’ or ‘Derby’ to find results from big races that occur each year.

Third Box - 'The Values'
This is where you either select the values from a drop down list or select your own values. If there is no drop down list then you can either type in the values or if it is numerical use the up/down arrows on the right of the box.
